WHY TRUST CRYPTO SOLUTIONS, LLC? WHO RUNS THE COMPANY?
The founder and primary portfolio manager, Dustin Franks, has a strong background in Finance. He passed the Series 7 and Series 66 exams and worked for a large, national advisory firm. Dustin realized he did not like wearing a tie every day (he prefers casual clothing) and decided to get back into the Information Technology field, as he has always been passionate about technology. In his free time, he likes to experiment with his 3D printer, read about cryptocurrency and other technologies, play chess and exercise (mainly running, hiking, soccer, biking, and disc golf). Dustin ran the 800 meters in track at a university in Southwest Missouri and enjoys coaching and playing soccer. Dustin is not "all in" on cryptocurrency. Instead, he is cautiously optimistic, believing that there is a need for technology that cuts out the middlemen who charge high fees, making it easier to move money around the world. He generally advocates holding a majority of more "traditional" investments, including a mix of stocks, mutual funds, and cash, then supplementing that with cryptocurrency. He has a desire to work with clients to create generational wealth that can be passed on to their kids.
WHAT SERVICES DO YOU PROVIDE?
It begins with an individual meeting to discuss cryptocurrency investment strategies. We discuss your financial "health" and make recommendations about how much money might make sense to invest in crypto. If you decide to do business with me I will buy cryptocurrency on your behalf when you request it, sell it when you want me to, and perform exchanges from one cryptocurrency to another to rebalance your portfolio, either upon your request or when it makes sense. An example of an exchange would be converting some Litecoin to Ethereum. As savvy investors know, a good portfolio will not have all its eggs in one basket. You will receive monthly reports showing the performance of your investments. I can provide basic tax advice if your investments perform well. If your investments perform especially well or we are managing a large amount of money you can work with a tax advisor of your choosing. I also offer an educational service where I can teach a 45-minute class either online or in-person (if you are located within a 50-mile radius of Joplin, Missouri.
WILL MY ASSETS BE SAFE?
First of all, that is a tricky question. Cryptocurrencies are a volatile, speculative investment. The potential is huge, but so is the downside. That is why I only recommend investing money you can afford to lose. From a technical perspective, yes, your money will be safe. Crypto Solutions, LLC and the exchanges we use take security very seriously.

98% or more of your assets will be stored in cold storage, completely disconnected from the Internet, encrypted with AES-256 encryption, and copied to FIPS-140 USB drives with redundant paper backups. The USB drives are stored in safe deposit boxes and vaults around the world. The remaining 2% is stored online to meet customer liquidity needs. This 2% is fully insured, so in the unlikely event that a hacker was able to compromise security of the exchange and steal your funds, you would get your money back.
WHAT TOOLS DO YOU USE TO MANAGE MY PORTFOLIO?
The main platform I use for buying and selling crypto has been in business for over 12 years and takes security very seriously. They are based in the United States, which is important to me, are the largest crypto exchange in the United States by volume, and have over 3,000 employees. Their platform gives me access to just about any cryptocurrency worth investing in.
IS THERE A MINIMUM INVESTMENT REQUIRED?
The minimum investment is $1,000. Instead of buying the latest and greatest smartphone, you can make an investment in your future. The key thing to understand is I DO NOT recommend that you invest anything you cannot afford to lose. I do not guarantee any specific rate of return. Cryptocurrency is volatile but has huge potential. Typically, investors are happy to make 8-10% on their "traditional" investments yearly.
WHAT ARE YOUR SERVICE FEES?
The fees are based on the amount of profit generated on a monthly basis (refer to the list below), not assets under management. If you do not make money in a given month you do not pay a service fee for that month.

WHO IS YOUR IDEAL CLIENT?
For now, I am seeking clients in the United States. I prefer to work with people who are professional, have a desire to learn, and are not afraid to ask questions. After we meet the first time, I may suggest that you seek the services of another advisor if I do not feel that we are a good match. I will not work with clients who have a low-risk tolerance, because crypto is not an appropriate investment for that type of investor. They should be buying CDs, blue-chip stocks, dividend-paying stocks, and putting money in high-yield savings accounts.
